We have used Ginare Consulting since our inception in July of 2009. In the absence of regulation in the Irish market, their role was to ensure that we were working to best international practice in home care.

They were also involved in our start up phase helping with recruitment of carers and staff, drawing up of policies and procedures as well as the implementation of the same.
