Purpose of the course:

The GINARE Model of Progressive practice is built on the principle that there are 8 components to a successful and progressive organization and if an organization is missing any of the 8 elements – it cannot be seen to be progressive.

The course will work through the progressive model, helping the provider establish their own progressiveness to date and giving invaluable advice for areas of development on a personal and professional level

This course also looks in great detail at how Communication is central to the success of any organization and incorporates real opportunity for personal growth and development by using Natural Horsemanship as a training tool. Even those people with aversions to animals or non riders will be fascinated as to the depth of insight these amazing animals have. NO RIDING REQUIRED
