Now I´m dedicated to the profession by way of specialist writing, training and management consultancy. I have always loved to help people.

Fit person interview training

If an ideal manager has been recruited, it can be frustrating that pre-interview nerves or lack of relevant compliance knowledge hinder the registration of the individual.

It is not unusual for managers to fail the fit person interview the first time around, but it can be de-motivating.

We offer one-on-one fit person interview training and offer a guarantee to coach the manager to re-sit the interview and will do so at no extra cost, if they are not registered following our involvement. This guarantee is of course subject to very reasonable conditions.

Mock inspections

You might be a new organisation, feeling daunted by the prospect of a first inspection or you may be an established provider who is making changes and wishes to ensure that any difference is service delivery will not jeopardise compliance. Alternatively you may just wish to evaluate your own service.

But whatever the reason, mock inspections are a worthy investment and will help to identify any potential failings in your current practices.
