On receipt of your order we will respond by email to confirm receipt and provide you with payment options. We will also need to establish your preferred method of delivery of the policies eg: email, in the post etc (dependent on the size of the order). You can also use the email to let us have any questions about personalizing the policies. Simply tell us when is convenient for you to speak, provide your contact details and one of our team will arrange to call you.
